Mr. Rod Sanches,
Sanches Toys. Ltd.,
34 Northwest Road,
Brighton ……….
Dear Sir,
Please be advised that with effect from 1 January 20… the monthly rent for the premises occupied by your firm at 34 Northwest Road, is revised upward from $700.00 to $1,200.00.
Please be informed that such decision has been taken in view of the increased cost of maintenance and new government taxes. As it is stated in our mutual agreement the landlord has a right to increase the rent rate in case the maintenance cost increases.
I hope you will agree to accept revised rent as I have no other alternative but to take this step. Please let me know if this is acceptable to you.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Marry Young

In your last letter, you had expressed your intention to increase the monthly rent rate.

Looking forward to an soonest reply from you.
Yours faithfully,
